FOOD: Dogs have sensitive digestive systems - for this reason we recommend that you supply your dog's own food (preferably in a hard container) clearly labelled with your pet's name and feeding instructions.
EXTRAS: Machine washable toys and small blankets are welcome.
Small baby size blankets, old t-shirts or pillowcases make great scent reminders of home.
Proof of current vaccinations: We require all dogs be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (Giardia is optional). THIS IS MANDATORY
Emergency contact numbers: This is important so that we can contact you or someone you trust to make decisions for you while your dog is in our care.
Medications or Supplements: Please label clearly and provide details on paper for administering. There will be no surcharge for this service.
NOTE:
Veterinary Services: If your pet requires veterinary attention during their stay at our kennel, we will contact the veterinarian you have noted on the registration form. If necessary, we will transport your pet to your veterinarian for service, for a nominal fee. In the event your veterinarian cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to contact our in-house veterinarian to examine and treat your pet's illness at your expense.
